Stefek’s has the privilege of offering a Louise Nevelson assemblage piece titled “Throne” (estimate $35,000 – 40,000). As opposed to other currently available Louise Nevelson works, which feature her typical monochromatic black aesthetic, this piece offers a slightly different perspective with additional elements of blue and red paint, while still serving as an example of her signature puzzle-like assemblages. Another feature item seldom seen at auction is an exceptionally crafted vintage Patek Philippe 18k gold automatic wristwatch (estimate $8,000-10,000) with the original crocodile leather strap and 18k gold buckle. The wristwatch was manufactured in the early 1970s and features a round champagne brushed dial with roman numerals and a window for the date. The most notable decorative item is a Murano glass vase (estimate $10,000 – 12,000) by famed Venetian glass artist Lino Tagliapietra.

Another notable Dunbar piece includes an Edward Wormley “Long John” coffee table (estimate $800 – 1,000). The auction will feature a pair of shell chairs (estimate $1,200 – 2,200) designed by Charles Eames for Herman Miller.
